are noisy binary measurements of latent binary states. Provides
scoring functions (average, median, likelihood-based, and
Bayesian) to estimate the probability that an individual is in
the positive state. Includes maximum a posteriori estimation
via the EM algorithm and full Bayesian inference via Stan.
Supports classification with inconclusive decisions and
prevalence estimation.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/pierrepudlo/actions/runs/28580730096</link><pubDate>Mon, 02 Feb 2026 10:35:30 GMT</pubDate><r:package>BinaryReplicates</r:package><r:version>1.0.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://pierrepudlo.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/pierrepudlo/binaryreplicates</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>introduction.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>introduction.html</r:filename><r:title>Get started with BinaryReplicates</r:title><r:created>2024-07-03 10:01:49</r:created><r:modified>2026-01-19 20:26:12</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
